Role Description

Integrals Power is looking for a Full-time Chemical Project Engineer for our on-site location in Milton Keynes. As a Chemical Project Engineer,


  • You will be responsible for managing and coordinating engineering projects from early stage development, inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are completed within scope, on time and within budget.
  • You will partner with clients, suppliers, vendors, and team members to manage the project and ensure that the project requirements are being met. Hands on experience of chemical plant development will also be expected.
  • You will Implement defined engineering activities to address plant issues, replacement kit, capacity/productivity increases, health & safety, and environmental improvement initiatives.
  • You will Implement initiatives that create an optimal and sustainable future plant/infrastructure setup.
  • You will record, log and provide detailed data of developed plants and projects to support project prioritisation exercises
  • You will be Identifying potential suppliers, develop optimal sourcing approach, tender for best overall costs, and fine-tune chosen option to deliver maximum value-add with appropriate contractual protections.



Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Chemical Engineering
  • Experience in the design, development, and implementation of chemical engineering projects and plants
  • Experience in process engineering, process flow, and process development
  • Excellent project management, organisation, and coordination skills
  • Experience with AutoCAD, simulation software, Microsoft and other analytical and technical tools
  • The ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Process engineering experience prefered
  • ISO900X understanding
  • Knowledge of current health & safety/environmental compliance
