Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer
Description: Hunter Savage is delighted to be partnering with an excellent organisation, based in West Tyrone, that is currently seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to join their Senior Leadership Team.

The Role:
- Be the liaison between a number of departments including Sales, Finance and Operations.
- Devise and execute commercial strategies aimed at growth and profitability.
- Lead a multi-site team and partner cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Interpret data and assess key findings, presenting them to key stakeholders.
- Focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships across the UK and Ireland.
- Conduct market gap analysis, market trend analysis, and pricing research.
The Person:
- Relevant Business or Economics related Degree.
- 8yrs+ Commercial experience within the FMCG sector
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain.
- Experience conducting market research and devising long-term strategies to execute.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work, demonstrating excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
- Aptitude for building relationships, influencing upwards and laterally, taking ownership of tasks, and keeping colleagues informed of progress.
- High level of commercial acumen.
- Ability to travel to meet with clients and liaise with key decision-makers.
- Previous experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
