Job Description
- Oversee the financial and operational management of the organisation
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans
- Manage and coordinate the budget planning and management process
- Lead the operations team
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and operations team
- Provide financial reports and analyses to the Board
- Foster a positive working environment, promoting our values and mission
The Successful Applicant
A successful Chief Finance and Operations Officer should have:
- A full Accounting Qualification
- Proven experience in a similar senior financial role
- Worked within a school and/or academy trust previously
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent financial and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
