EQUITY OPPORTUNITY. Seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer for a market-leading SaaS business. It a mid-market private equity-backed business, has grown significantly over the past few years and is profitable. It is on-track to double in size again in the next 2-3 years which will be achieved through a combination of growing its market share in the UK and expanding internationally (it has recently set up an international office). The business is well-funded for future growth. There will be equity available for the new CFO, which is projected to be worth 7 figures at the point of exit. The business is already a market leader in its field with an exemplary customer base and is continually developing its product offering. The CFO will join an experienced and effective board. The ideal candidate will –Have successfully grown a SaaS business (with revenues of £20m+);Have been through a successful private equity-backed sale process;Bring a commercial and strategic outlook to the board and bring a focus on data to inform decision-making.
