Chief Investment Officer, Single Family Office – London

This role is to work directly with the Principal across the entire group as they expand their investment operations to pursue larger and strategic opportunities.
This is a diverse role which requires a flexible-thinking CIO who can work across a range of asset classes, for example increasing diversification from the group’s current core assets, and strategies as driven by the wider Macro Economic Environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment opportunities
- Leading negotiations across all transactions
- Raising third-party capital for investment opportunities
- Developing new relationships with existing and proposed investors to align with growth strategy
- Ongoing investor relationship management
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-8 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record
- Excellent experience negotiation deals and closing transactions
- Strong investment network of investors and professional advisors
- Knowledge of investment funds and structures, including how market conditions, regulations, and economic trends may impact the group’s investments and strategy
Skills and Education:
- Cr eativity; ability to think outside of the box on investment opportunities
- Diligent and with attention to detail
- Resilience; ability to thrive in difficult situations
- International background
- Dynamic self-starter
- Excellent academic record, including mathematical / economics background
- Additional qualifications such as CFA / MBA advantageous
