Role Overview: As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead and motivate our Business Development & Marketing team to achieve growth through a client-centric strategy. You will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that drive sustainable income growth, enhance client relationships, and position our brand positively in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client-Centric Strategy: Define and communicate a strategy that aligns with our vision, focusing on sustainable income growth and digital innovation.
  • KPI Development: Create and monitor KPIs to ensure ROI on client-centric activities.
  • Market Analysis: Evaluate market research, competitor information, and client surveys to develop action plans for client success.
  • Collaboration: Work with Service Line Heads and the Executive Team to develop annual plans and budgets.
  • Client Relationships: Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective marketing channels and cross-team referrals.
  • Brand Positioning: Ensure our brand is well-positioned in the market and share client success stories internally and externally.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the BD & M team to foster a high-performing, client-centric culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading a collaborative team across Marketing, BD, Client Intelligence, Digital, and Key Account Management.
  • Strong track record of developing and implementing successful client strategies.
  • Passion for digital technologies and innovative thinking.
  • Extensive experience in a B2B related industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work with diverse personalities and cultural backgrounds.
