The REC are seeking to recruit a Chief Membership and Innovation Officer (CMIO). This position will play a vital role in the effective operation of the REC. As a member of the Executive Committee, you will take responsibility for the development and delivery of the REC's membership services. You will lead your team in developing a clear narrative around the value of REC membership and will reform the service offer to maintain the high value that sets the REC apart.

Role: Chief Membership and Innovation Officer (CMIO)


Location: London - with flexible working options available


Salary:£100,000 - £110,000 per annum plus benefits


Contract:Full time, permanent


Amongst other criteria, the successful candidate will have:



  • A commercial mindset


  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to discuss business and recruitment matters with members and customers


  • The ability to drive customer focussed change Team management and leadership skills across multi-disciplinary teams An ability to ensure that delivery models are efficient A knowledge and understanding of membership would be advantageous but not essential
