Are you experienced in construction industry sales? Interested in innovation within construction? Want to join an exciting construction tech scale-up? Our client is an exciting software company in the construction industry. The construction industry is complex and chaotic, often involving diverse stakeholders. So, they have built a suite of digital solutions to bring clarity to construction projects and foster collaboration with different stakeholders. Solution 1 – Record and track all field activities. A simple tool used to collect data, track the progress of work, report on any events from the field and improve collaboration among teams and between the field and the office. A simple app used to create and assign construction tasks and track their execution to successfully deliver your construction projects. Solution 3 – Fix snags to hand over defect-free and quality buildings. An app to locate, list and notify construction defects, omissions and non-conformities to rectify them before the final handover to the client. You'll work alongside the Digital Sales Specialist and in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager to grow sales in the AEC sector. Your role will be split between growing sales with existing clients, acquiring new clients, identifying new market segments, discussing potential partnerships, implementing brand development initiatives, participating in the product innovation process, and setting development strategies to enable constant market expansion. Following up on web/phone leads and new subscriptions to identify high-value accounts. Prospecting and meeting with key accounts to promote the solutions and sell enterprise-level packages. Running online / onsite demos and assisting clients during the trial to increase the quality of their experience and the conversion rates. Updating the CRM according to your activity. Networking with professionals from AEC target sectors on small to large-scale events. Taking part in the product innovation process by gathering tangible feedback from clients and users. Taking part in the Brand development process by feeding back the head office with market inputs and implementing marketing operations. Monitoring the market to identify new opportunities & threats and better assess our strengths and weaknesses compared to direct and indirect competition. Implementing a UK development strategy and regularly reporting to ensure the KPIs align with the objectives.
