Role Overview:
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be a pivotal member of their executive team, responsible for leading the technology strategy and driving innovation to support their growth and expansion in their industry. You will oversee all aspects of technology development, implementation, and optimization, ensuring that their SaaS solutions remain at the forefront of industry trends and meet the evolving needs of the company's clients.
Scope of the role includes:
· R&D
· Product management
· Product & operational security
· Data (internal and productised)
· Hardware & embedded development teams
· Technical services: Client hosting, SaaS, on premise platform teams
· IT & IT Security & Risk Compliance: Responsible for the IT and IT Security, Risk & Compliance teams
· Leadership of the entire technology division (c. 250 people)
· Management of 3rd party outsourced companies
