As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Janus DeFi, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology vision and leading the development of our innovative Web3 solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our technology infrastructure, from software development to technical operations, ensuring that we maintain a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving DeFi landscape. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Web3 technologies, including proficiency in the Solidity programming language, along with a proven track record of delivering scalable and secure decentralised applications (dApps).
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall technology strategy for the business in line with business objectives and market trends
- Lead and mentor a team of talented developers, engineers and technologists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence
- Drive the development of decentralised applications (dApps) and smart contracts using Solidity and other Web3 technologies, ensuring high performance, scalability and security
- Oversee the design, architecture and implementation of our technology stack, optimising for efficiency, reliability and scalability
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Design and Business Development to deliver world-class solutions that meet the needs of our us
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory developments in the Web3 and DeFi space, leveraging insights to drive continuous innovation and improvement
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors, open-source communities, and industry stakeholders to enhance our technical capabilities and ecosystem integration
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and development within the technology team, encouraging knowledge sharing, skill development, and career growth
