Established over 50 years ago, our client is a growing 3-Partner high streetlaw firm. The Reading-based firm is well known in the area for providing quality legal advice to both commercial and private clients throughout the region. As part of the firm’s succession planning, they are looking to appoint a Child Care Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the buoyant team of 3 other fee earners.
Child Care Solicitor
Reading
£30,000 – £35,000
The Care department within the firm is thriving, with a wealth of work being generated by the firm and its existing clients.
The public law team deals with all aspects of family law that involve social services, such as:
- Care proceedings
- Adoption
- Special guardianship
- Child abduction
This is a client-facing role and the ideal candidate will have experience as a Legal Aid Supervisorrepresenting parents.
It would be an advantage if you have prior experience as aLegal aid supervisor and/or Child Panel membership.
