They are expanding their design team and seeking a dedicated Print Packaging Art Worker. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the efficient and effective packaging of printed materials, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting production deadlines. Design Creation: Develop original surface patterns and designs for various products including textiles, wallpapers, ceramics, and other materials. Create detailed and accurate design files ready for production. Use a combination of hand-drawing, painting, and digital tools to produce designs. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. Maintain organised design files and documentation. Prepare and present design concepts and prototypes to internal teams and clients. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met at all times Prepare materials for printing, including loading paper, adjusting settings, and performing quality checks Proven experience in print packaging or a related field Proficiency in operating packaging machinery and equipment Strong attention to detail and quality control skills Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). · Strong understanding of colour theory, pattern creation, and surface design techniques. · Excellent hand-drawing and digital illustration skills. · Competitive salary up to £35,000 per annum.
