Meet our service userOur service user is a young lady in her teens who lives with her loving and welcoming family in Liverpool, she requires support with her complex and clinical care needs throughout the day and night on a 1:1 basis.She is a very sociable girl who loves being out and about in the community, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and care team. She really enjoys attending school and exploring various arts and crafts activities. Throughout the night you will be required to attend to her clinical care needs, support with personal care, moving & handling, and offering comfort and reassurance when needed to promote a restful night’s sleep. You will also be required to provide support with her morning routine getting her ready for the day ahead.
