Business Development Administrator
Location: Canary Wharf, hybrid
Salary: Up to £32,000
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure correct and timely data entry of enquiries and emails.
- Ensure the processing of invoices is done in a timely manner.
- Monitoring and tracking enquiries and leads from inbound mail.
- Carry out administrative ad hoc tasks required by Business Development Manager.
- Assist with promoting the business by sending out samples/leaflets to different stakeholders.
- Produce PowerPoint reports on activities that happened/will happen.
- Assist the team with local market research.
- Help the department achieve the overall sales target in line with the business strategy.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Native or Business proficiency/fluent in English written and spoken communication skills.
- Preferred language skills: European Language.
- Excellent IT skills, preferably in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills to deal with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Quick thinker and fast learner.
- Works well in a small team as well as independently.
- Excellent multitasking ability.
- Enthusiastic and self-driven.
- The successful candidate must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
