Choice Based Lettings Assistant
Location/Base:
Home and community based, with the ability to travel to emh offices and across the East Midlands as required.
Hours:
35 hours week
Salary : £23,441 - £26,045 per annum

In this role you will be supporting provision of a comprehensive housing & estate management service, making a positive contribution to our communities.
The person
Do you have experience of working in a customer facing role with strong customer care skills demonstrating high levels of customer ownership and accountability?
Do you have experience of working collaboratively with others and developing positive working relationships.?
Are you well organised, able to prioritise and manage competing priorities delivering work to agreed deadlines and standards? If so, we would love to hear from you.
