Job Description

Monitoring all incoming enquiries via email and telephone. Provide quotations to clients and to collate all orders, processing manual and bespoke orders through the online order portal. The role will adapt as the Christmas season approaches, starting with client facing and then leading into scheduling of orders and supplier communication through fulfilment. Flexibility be on standby to monitor calls on weekends during the beginning of December 1.      To monitor department inbox 2.      To respond to all enquiries via email/phone 3.      First response on the telephone 4.      Provide client quotations 5.      Liaise with Sub Contractors 6.      Communicate with customers to ensure they are always fully informed 7.      Accurate processing of orders 8.      Book in orders with customers 9.
