The Opportunity
Due to an increasing portfolio of projects, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Civil Designer to join an ambitious team of nuclear specialists to cultivate change and creativity on an exciting model.
The role
As a Civil Designer, you will be responsible for the???production of External Works and Civil Finishing Packages (Underground Drainage, Underground Services, External Finishes, Formation Levels, External Slabs).
Contract
Estimated Duration- 12 months
This role has been deemed inside of IR35
Your duties and responsibilities will be
Production of External Works and Civil Finishing Packages (Underground Drainage, Underground Services, External Finishes, Formation Levels, External Slabs).
Delivery of design concepts from basic scheme definition.
Checking of drawings, technical specifications, schedules, reports & method statements.
Ensuring drawings conform to the appropriate standards and procedures.
Attending technical meetings to present and defend technical issues skills.You will have the following qualifications and experience
Relevant degree/ certification.
Previous work within a highly regulated industry.
Experience using Civil 3-D to produce General Arrangement and detail design drawings.
