What will you do?
Manage a civil litigation caseload to include:
- Contentious probate, property litigation & Personal Injury
- There will also be the opportunity to advise on professional negligence and partnership disputes (inc farming/agricultural partnerships)
- You could potentially advise on employment work - but this can be handled by another fee earner if needed
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive
- Civil litigation experience
- Ideally at least 2 years’ PQE
- Any employment experience would be an advantage
