About The Role:We are looking for an experienced civil litigator to join our nationally recognised civil liberties team, to specialise in bringing claims against public authorities. The team predominantly work on abuse related claims brought on behalf of Claimants against Local Authorities and Police Forces.All claims require knowledge and experience in Civil Litigation and incorporate elements of Personal Injury Law.The role provides the opportunity to retrain and transfer your skills as a Civil Litigator to this varied and interesting yet niche area of law.
