This role involves a large degree of autonomy and a talent for networking and business development would be an advantage. You will be taking on an existing caseload of good quality work and encouraged to develop this further and help to grow this thriving department.
The post involves a varied workload of landlord and tenant litigation, both residential and commercial, in the main acting for landlords. The work will include possession claims, breach of covenant claims and disputes regarding service charges and other sums payable under leases.
