An exciting opportunity to work alongside a partner has arisen with a respected practice in the Kingston-upon-Thames area.

Solicitor - Kingston-upon-Thames - £50,000 - £65,000
You will manage your own caseload independently of general property litigation including enfranchisement, as well as some other litigation both civil and commercial.
This firm operates on a trust-based system for billings; youwill not be watched like a hawk to ensure you bill/hit targets, but more given the reigns of your role and have space to decide to proceed as you wish as long as year targets are met.
It's worth noting the partner is very experienced and available to assist you whenever you may need it.
The team size will consist of you, a partner, and secretaries to assist with your administrative needs.
In order to apply for this Litigation Solicitor position, you must be:
- 4+ years of PQE as a UK-qualified solicitor
- Local to Kingston
- Experienced in enfranchisement and property litigation
