This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm in Swindon, with a specialist team of Care Lawyers and a Commercial team with extensive experience in pension property work, development work and an added specialism in leasehold enfranchisement.

Due to and expansion within the Litigation team, this firm is looking for a solicitor to join the team.
In this role you will be:
• Managing a case load of civil litigation work including contract, landlord and tenant
• Advocacy
• Engaging in business development for the Civil Litigation
• Carrying out fee earning work
• Time recording and billing in relation to requirements set
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role you will need:
• To be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive
• 2 years of relevant experience in litigation
