JOB TITLE: Civil Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ+
LOCATION: South Yorkshire
SALARY: up to c£40,000 (£DOE)
THE ROLE:
A Civil Litigation Solicitor is sought after to join this long-established firm to manage a varied case load of litigated matters. The successful candidate will be directly involved in a wide range of matters relating to Landlord & Tenant disputes, general property and contractual disputes, Company Debt, Personal Injury, Contentious Probate. The role will be varied and will require the appointed Litigation Solicitor to be confident in their ability to conduct a file from initial instruction to settlement.
THE CANDIDATE:
This respectable firm is looking for NQ+ solicitors to deal with a broad range of litigation matters. Advocacy skills are essential. The successful candidate will show a willingness to continue to expand their technical knowledge and commercial awareness with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients. As a Litigation Solicitor, you will have excellent written & verbal communication skills. The ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise your workload where needed will be the key to being successful in this role.
