OVERVIEW:
• This firm are seeking the addition of a Civil Litigation Solicitor with experience of handling group action private nuisance actions.
• The team have particular expertise in environmental nuisance claims caused by landfill sites, sewage treatment works and factories.
• Applications are sought from highly motivated Lawyers with a minimum of 2 Years PQE who have a passion for this area of law.
• The appointed Civil Litigation Solicitor will have a complete working knowledge and understanding of the issues involved with residents affected by various forms of nuisance
• It is imperative that the successful candidate is enthusiastic and keen to grow talent within the wider team.
• Excellent networking skills are essential in order to develop relationships with this firm’s broad client base.
