Technical Trainer Combine Harvesters-CLAAS UK CLAAS UK are part of the Global CLAAS Group, employing over 11,500 employees worldwide. Our Sales and Service operation in the UK covers over 80 owned and independent dealers, all of whom access employee training through our state of the art Central Training Academy based in Saxham, Suffolk.
We are recruiting within our Central Training Academy for a technical trainer who will be the lead trainer for our Tractor product lines. We employ a small team of trainers who are all responsible for particular products within the CLAAS range. This role is an exciting opportunity within the Company for an individual looking for a new challenge within a small team, where you will inspire others within the industry while providing instruction to our varied customer base at all levels from introductory through to advanced diagnostics. We are looking for someone to join our team who is passionate about sharing technical knowledge and has the ability to inspire others. While previous training experience is desirable it’s not essential as coaching and training will be given for the right future team member. *Main Duties** Plan and prepare all course materials and resources* Development of blended learning materials for on-line training and assessments
