The role
What will you be doing?
Claims Handler
Dorking or Basingstoke
Hybrid
2 days per week in office
What will you bring?

The Claims Handlers are the face of our business, to be successful in this position you will:
Be proactive, curious and a confident communicator
Have an excellent Telephone Manner
Speak to senior executives, C-suite and HR Directors
Manage a portfolio and work in a varied and fast-paced environment
Be an analytical and investigative thinker, spotting patterns and anomalies
Work alone and autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a team
Be able to use IT internal systems on a day-day basis, including reporting.
