Class 1 Drivers immediate starts in EveshamPure Staff are recruiting for Class 1 Drivers working Day and Nights and the weekends for the following role below.Class 1 Drivers required immediately for temporary work for a client who specialises in distributing fresh fruit and veg products across the whole of the UK. Our customer in Evesham is one of our largest clients based in the Evesham area and are well known for treating their drivers well from previous and current positive feedback.The customer is looking for Class 1 Drivers who are flexible to work Sunday-Friday and weekends but also be flexible towards the work due to support their customer’s needs.Duties of a Class 1 Driver:trunking to an RDCStore deliveries of cagesUp to 4 drops or collections if carrying out deliveriesFlexibility to work different contractsThe ability to undertake manual handlingThe ideal HGV Class 1 drivers will have –Have a valid HGV C+E Class 1 Driving License6 Months experience is preferredValid CPC CardValid Digital CardClean Driving License with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD) codes.Start times can vary but we are looking for Class 1 Drivers on Days always around 07:00 start and Nights who are available to start between 16:00 and 19:00 Shifts can be long but in keeping with tachograph law up to 10 to 12 hours per shift on average.Pay rates-Days: £16 per hour Monday to FridayNights: £18 per hour Monday to FridayWeekends & Bank Holidays: £19.00 per hourPlease note, the above rate quoted does not include holiday pay as holiday pay is paid separately.What’s in it for you?Possibility of on-going workOpportunities for a permanent positionPaid holiday when accruedExperienced and knowledgeable consultantsTo apply for the Class 1 Drivers vacancy, please press APPLY NOW and a member of the driving team would be more than happy to discuss this role further with yourself or answer any questions you may have.
