Talstaff Recruitment - HGV / Class 2 / C Drivers urgently required in Alfreton.
HGV Class 2 Drivers urgently required for ongoing various shift patterns for our client based in Alfreton.
You will be required to:
Driving a bin lorry
Day shifts (start times are usually between 05:30
06:00)
Work as part of a team as you will be out with 2 experience loaders
Monday to Friday, Saturday available for overtime
Have knowledge of driver hours/regulations.
Hold a category C driving licence.
Hold a valid DCPC and digicard.
Work in a professional manner.
Be prepared to undertake site inductions and training.
Have excellent local geographical knowledge.
Be able to follow company procedures and keep various people informed of progress or delays.
Help to carry out manual work
In return:
Weekly pay.
Full uniform provided after qualifying period.
Pay £12.50ph. Overtime available, increased pay rates.
Regular ongoing work with possibility to be Temp to Perm
You must have held a valid HGV Class 2 licence for over 6 months, have no more than 6 penalty points and have no CD, DD, TT, IN or DR codes.
