About the role Have you worked with children in a previous role? Have you worked as a sports coach and would now like to gain experience of working in a school setting? Are you looking to get into teaching? The desired Cover Supervisor be working within a school environment and be supervising pupils across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), providing flexible support to cover short-term staff absence. Delivering pre-planned lessons, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to get into teaching or working within a school. This is role has a flexible starting position and can be either ad-hoc, short term or ongoing long-term position for what ever suits your availability. About the school We work with a number of schools across the Blackpool area that require support within the classroom. Requirements To be considered for the role of Classroom Cover Supervisor you will: Have a passion for working with childrenGreat classroom management skillsExperience of working with young people in some capacity, e.g. coachingIdeally a degree, but this is not essential Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. Salary £15 to £25 per hour Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
