About the roleA Typical Day:8:30am -Liaise with class teacher. Prepare resources for lessons.8:45am -Welcome the children into school and help them to get settled. Read with individual children.9am - Support in lessons.10:30am - Break10:45am - Supervise the children on the playground for playtime. Engage the children in play activities, support children who may struggle with social times.11am - Support in lessons.12 - Supervise playtime on the playground.12:30pm - Lunch1pm - Support playtime1:10pm - Support in lessons.2:30pm - Run booster groups/ SEN support plan interventions- organised by the school SENDCo and Class Teacher.3pm - Filing, clearing / Preparations for the next day, discussions with class teacher.3:15pm FinishAbout youWe are seeking someone who is:-Kind -Caring-Enjoys working in a team-Has experience with children and a passion for supporting children to enjoy school life fully.
