One Clerical Officer Urgently needed for an immediate start to work in Ballymena, George Sloan Centre. The hours of work for this post will be Monday to Friday 9am – 3pm with a rate of pay of £11.67 per hour. This post is set to last for a minimum of 3 months however this can be extended for the right candidate. The main job duties of this role will be:

• Typing up reports, memos, letters and forms.
• Count and reconcile monies collected from social clubs, meals on wheels and other initiatives.
• Deal with telephony and email enquiries.
• Process general admin duties such as photocopying, filing, database handling etc.

What We Need From You

• 5 GCSEs (A-C), Including English and Math
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

What We Will Offer You

• £11.67 per hour.
• A minimum of 28 days paid holiday (pro rata).
