Job Title: Client Account ExecutiveLocation: GatesheadSalary: £31,000 per year – OTE including bonus (paid monthly)Job type: Full Time – Permanent. 40 hours per week. Core hours to be covered being 08:30hrs – 16:30hrs, Monday to Friday.OSE European Ltd are a busy transport & logistics company based in Gateshead, established in 2001, specialising in time critical transport to the UK and Europe.OSE European Ltd are looking to expand, and are looking to recruit highly driven and committed Client account executive to become an integral member of the company.Role Description: Create new business opportunities through compelling telephone conversations with existing and lapsed customer baseDealing with customer enquiries and quotations via email and telephone throughout the dayDelivering ongoing service updates to clients to ensure the best possible customer experienceDealing directly with both our own drivers and subcontractorsSeek and agree appointment bookings to discuss our services and opportunities within the client’s businessDevelop valued relationships through daily telephone contact with newly acquired and existing clientsManage a territory of client accounts, driving business value and revenue opportunitiesSuccessfully work to and deliver against agreed sales targetsUtilise the company sales tools and Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to plan, conduct calls and accurately record all opportunities in line with sales objectivesEffectively use the CRM to access customer history, create pricing and inform discussions with the clientsThe role is office based, currently in Gateshead, with an occasional requirement to attend offsite customer meetings with Senior members of the sales team Candidate Essentials: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly driven, results orientated with strong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skillsDesire to deliver an outstanding customer experienceAbility to quickly build rapport and relationships with people at all levels of an organisationConfidence to work on own initiative to create sales pipeline opportunitiesBe fully conversant with MS Office tools Desirable Experience: Previous experience in a telephone or account managementExperience in logistics / transport related industryExperience using Sales and CRM systems
