Our client seeks a Client Accountant to join their team
Role Profile:
You will manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You’ll interact directly with clients, financial institutions, and vendors, providing essential financial services
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Asset Transactions:
- Facilitate asset purchases, sales, and financing transactions. Monitor contracts and ensure compliance. Oversee insurance-related matters.
Client Interaction:
- Interact daily with multiple clients, addressing their financial queries and needs. Collaborate with financial institutions and vendors.
Tax Assistance:
- Assist with tax-related requests. Coordinate tax filings and compliance.
Record Maintenance:
- Ensure junior staff maintain client files and records according to team procedures. Reconcile owner accounts.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and review accounting reports, including net worth statements, cash flow, and budgets. Draft balance sheets and income statements. Provide full-service bookkeeping.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Qualified/Part qualified ACCA or ACA or relevant degree in Finance, business or related fields
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Knowledge of how to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Organisational and time management skills Be versatile and adaptable
- Desirable - 3 to 5 years in a similar role
