- 8+ years of experience managing major accounts and driving growth at a top consultancy or agency
- Proven entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace
- Skills in client relationship building, strategic planning, and commercial acumen
- Ability to lead pitches, present to C-suite, and navigate complex scenarios.
