Job Title: Client Coordinator & Sales
Location: Woburn Walk, Bloomsbury, London WC1H
Reports to: Director of Sales
Working alongside: Sales team, Atelier Assistant (fittings)
Responsible for: Front-of-house, client communications and sales
Job Purpose
To facilitate the smooth running of the Halfpenny London Boutique through excellent customer service in our retail stores. You will be responsible for communicating with all customers throughout their bridal journey and supporting all client facing areas and teams.
You will maintain up-to-date processes, liaising between departments and ensuring smooth and professional day-to-day running of the client communications. Working closely with the Assistant Retail Manager and the Director of Sales. Reaching budgets through sales and optimizing CRM through effective communications. Working with the Atelier Assistant to ensure all orders are delivered in a timely manner and clients are scheduled accordingly for bridal fittings.
Sharing a comprehensive knowledge of the Halfpenny London collections and brand standards, to ensure these are met through regularly revised processes and professional conduct
