Toucan is a full-service Amazon agency (based in the UK & NAM) and an advanced Amazon Advertising partner that supports brands to accelerate their businesses globally. We specialise in Amazon strategy, Sponsored Advertising, programmatic DSP advertising and content creation (static and video)

Client Manager:
Role:
Responsible for managing small client relationships and executing digital strategies on Amazon. Building long-term relationships with your clients, advising and executing Amazon strategies based on agreed commercial targets.

Key responsibilities:
1. CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS:
- Develop strong working relationships with your clients.
- Communicate with clients regularly and proactively.
- Add value to clients wherever possible.
2. BUILD AMAZON STRATEGY:
- Provide clients with weekly and monthly reporting on account performance, with actionable insights
- Build promotional plans
- Advise on Amazon strategy, e.g. upcoming initiatives and budgets, and identify opportunities to improve performance.
3. MANAGE AMAZON ACTIVITY:
- Manage supply issues, shipment plans and stock levels
- Plan and review Amazon Media Services campaigns, keyword research, set up, budget management, monitoring and strategy.
- Audit and update Amazon detail page content for existing products and NPD. Advise on improvements and upsell A+ content and brand stores.
4. DRIVE BUSINESS REVENUE:
- Engage in an activity to drive awareness of Toucan
- Upsell additional relevant services
- Focus on retention of clients
5. CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM:
- Share learnings and best practice with the team.
- Help to up-skill and assist junior team members
- Lead and mentor junior team members on accounts to then transition over
- Experience managing clients or accounts
- Microsoft office knowledge - powerpoint, Excel, Word
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a can do attitude
- Ability to work individually and in a team
- Excellent organisational and priority setting skills

Required Experience/Qualities:
· Amazon account management experience, either client or agency side
· Have managed or mentored people successfully
· Have managed Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC & DSP) - familiarity with ad formats, keyword types etc
· Very organised
· A team player
· Adaptable under pressure
· Foreign languages are a bonus
