A Brand New Unique contract opportunity with a growing general practice consultancy who are seeking a professional property management surveyor to assist with a new client where you will be responsible for on boarding a property portfolio.
Your new company
A UK wide commercial property consultancy who hold significant market strengths within commercial property management, lease advisory, valuation and agency. This growing consultancy have recently pitched and won a new management mandate which now requires a contractor to assist with the integration of a property portfolio from the previous managing agent.
Your new role
Property Management Client on Boarding
This is a short term fixed contract to assist a thriving commercial property management business with the on boarding of a new client property portfolio based across London and South East. The role will require a professional property management surveyor with client facing experience with the ability to implement new processes, attend site visits, review leases and complete health & safety checks.
What you'll need to succeed
MRICS - Desirable
Significant commercial property management experience along with client facing reporting skills. Prior experience of managing new management mandates will be useful along with the ability manage a small team of surveyors to assist with day to day reactive property management enquiries.
What you'll get in return
There is a competitive salary of c.£60,000 pro-rata.
