Job Description
This excellent Client Partner role is working for a global analytics and digital solutions company that partners with clients to improve business outcomes.
The insurance team is successfully transforming operations of large insurance groups leveraging deep domain expertise, artificial intelligence, automation and other digital tools which will pave the way for a richer, more integrated and personalised user experience.
For this role, you must have held a similar position previously with in-depth experience within Personal Lines Insurance.
Salary: Ranging from £150k-£175k
Hybrid working
The role:
Build and nurture a strong network with Heads of Transformation, Heads of Change, Operations Directors in the assigned portfolio
Work with large existing Personal lines Tier 1 insurance group accounts.
Integrate and align with the CTO and CIOs strategy supporting across outsourcing and transformation solutions.
Orchestrate an external partnership network to deliver best in class solutions to client problems across the Personal Lines.
Key experience:
Experience working with consulting or BPO/BPM suppliers into Tier 1 Personal Lines Insurance accounts.
Proven experience of senior level account management across insurance stakeholders and influencers.
Key levels of understanding of Policy and Claim Operations, Underwriting, Analytics and Digital Operations/BPS including emerging trends for each and best in class' processes.
