We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. About the roleAs the Client Relationship Manager, you will have an impact on how we secure new recruitment agency business and grow these relationships. Therefore, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities including using your knowledge to upsell and cross-sell other Giant solutions. The desired outcome of this will be an organic growth of our customer base aligned with your personal and/or team targets. Key responsibilities of the role include: Building multi-level relationship building from back-office and consultants to the directors at recruitment agencies.Increasing our market share within your agency portfolio and as a result increasing revenue contribution.Add value to customers by using your product, technical and operational knowledge.Identifying opportunities to increase business by cross-selling/upselling our other services (e.g. pre-employment screening, global payroll).Regular account review meetings with appropriate stakeholders.Pro-active issue resolution (necessitates good knowledge and relationships with other internal departments).UK travel and evening entertainment. Your ideal experience & competencies Ideally you would have a proven tracked record as a client relationship manager or a similar role for at least 3-5 years. You can only excel in this role with excellent communication, both verbal and written, and with the intelligence to ‘read the room’.Being great at building rapport and relationships with your customers, adding value and always being humble.Having tenacity and a proven track record hitting activity and sales targets.You must be able to demonstrate the ability to learn about the contingent supply chain, a high level of resilience with passion to develop technical, operational and product knowledge, and with a drive to add value to your customers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Teams; and updating CRM systems.
