Client Relationship Manager | Salary of up to £50k | Year 1 OTE £75k | Remote (client/office visits)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Experis Client Relationship Manager to be responsible for selling, developing and retaining new business for the Experis Academy service offering and developing relationships with key external and internal stakeholders to deliver profitable business.

Responsibilities include


  • To identify and increase new business opportunities through proactive sales channels and relationship building
  • Accountable for delivering the new business sales target for the Experis Academy
  • Increase the number of Experis Academy new customers
  • Achieve minimum expected visit numbers weekly and monthly - Driving high levels of new business activity (phone, Teams, Mail, LinkedIn, events, networking) to sell our Academy services
  • Developing wide range of stakeholders to sell Academy services too. Maintaining the relationships and networking throughout the market
  • Meeting with Key Stakeholders face-to-face to educate, sell and promote new business through presentations and account analysis
  • Develop sales campaigns with marketing to drive new business. Plan and deliver multiple campaigns and Account Based Marketing (ABM)
  • All activities to be updated and managed on MSD
  • Continuous improvement and further business development of the new accounts to ensure retention and growth
  • To manage the total relationship with the Client maintaining a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst ensuring further new opportunities are identified
  • Maintaining the revenue and Gross Profit of the Client, ensuring all additional revenue opportunities are taken
  • Drive the monetisation of new wins
  • Maintain and develop relationships with Client through regular and structured contact to establish on-going needs
  • Foster close relationships with group SMB teams
  • Build a relationship with and work closely with the Operational Team on pursuits and new wins
  • Ensure compliance with Company, client and legislative requirements
  • Comply with the Company’s Business Ethics and standards of excellence
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting / forecasts for the Experis Academy
  • Manage the contracting process in a speedy manner for new wins

  • Strong levels of new business activity – sales meetings, mail, Teams, visits, LinkedIn
  • Monitors performance to deliver against objectives/ deadlines / targets
  • Networking and sales ‘opener’. Builds wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organisation
  • Sold innovative solutionsto new clients
  • Worked closely with the group, including the central teams, branch networks, marketing and operations teams
  • Puts the client first - demonstrates a commitment to meeting client's requirements and expectations
  • Experience of using data and trend analysis to inform future sales strategies
  • Understands the technologymarketplace or has the attitude and aptitude to develop this knowledge
  • Articulate communicator, developed negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Works in a systematic, structured way, plans and manages own time effectively
  • Track record in delivery wins and profitable sales
  • Upholds the group values and behaves with integrity towards clients and prospects
  • Sets high standards of behaviour and performance for self and others
  • Makes rational commercially sound business judgements from available information
  • Produces innovative new ideas/approaches/ insights
