The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) provides clients with guidance bringing innovation and clarity to the client's experience of working with IDeaS and IDeaS solutions. With the highest quality service and support to clients at the corporate and property level, the CRM develops and maintains a strong ongoing partnership with each assigned client, ensuring strong adoption of the IDeaS solution(s).For this role, you will have the opportunity to…Support the CRM team in managing a subset of Clients once the implementation phase is completed, which includes increasing Client adoption and high levels of Client satisfaction.Effectively communicate application features and product information for new releases and facilitate their adoption with clients.Pro-actively identify insights, business trends, system configurations or system outputs which impact the client’s business success. Collaborate with the client if any of these elements requires additional focus. Effectively persuade clients to make changes where required to achieve optimal results.Identify best practices for clients and syndicate across assigned client portfolio. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at IDeaS to drive better results.Perform other duties as assigned.Do you qualify?
