About the Role As our Customer Relationship Manager, you will:Support our Account Management team by ensuring a great customer experience for our global clients.Develop best-practice processes currently in place to ensure that there is a seamless customer experience from initial contract stages to post-event follow ups.Create a consistent approach to account management which can be replicated across all of our industry verticals to ensure the same standard of seamless customer experienceProvide customer resolutions quickly and feedback to internal stakeholders when necessary.Continue to educate and engage internal stakeholders on the importance of joined up stakeholder liaisonMeet with managers in the organization to optimize strategic planning initiatives.About YouTo be our Customer Relationship Manager, you will likely have:Proven experience of working with high-value clients in a B2B sales or customer-led setting.Great listening skills and the ability to prioritize a customer requirements.A collaborative attitude with excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills.A solutions-focused mindset and a desire to give the best experience possible to our customers.
