OVERALL SUMMARYJoin Close Brothers Asset Management's Client Service Team where you will ensure client on-boarding and ongoing service queries are managed efficiently and in a timely manner.RESPONSIBILITIESManaging leads with the Client Relationship Management (CRM) systemAccurate and timely client data entry onto CBAM and third party platforms/systems to specified Service Level AgreementAdherence to Close Brothers Client Service proceduresOngoing client communication regarding meetings, arranging appointments, diary management and processing of client queries and instructions - be that directly or by referring to the relevant team, as appropriatePreparing meeting packs, annual review packs and valuations for client appointmentsCall management/client contactEnsuring all new business and centralised servicing queries are directed to the relevant team to be processed within set SLAsDocument management - ensure documentation is scanned, saved and archived in accordance with department operating proceduresGeneral ad hoc duties as required by the Practice or assigned by the Client Service ManagerLiaising and working with colleagues within the Practice to ensure success and operational efficiency and profitabilityWE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:Previous financial services experienceExcellent attention to detailIT skillsTeam playerGood communication skills - verbal and writtenExcellent record keeping and reporting capabilitiesProactive nature to gain efficienciesAbility to multi-taskAs an employer, Close Brothers Asset Management is committed to equality and valuing diversity within its workforce.
