In this pivotal function, the successful applicant will be responsible for the onboarding and implementation of ProPharma’s client contracts and services as well as maintaining existing client relationships. This position will also support Business Development processes, effectively manage and support clients during the set-up phase, extensions, maintenance and service evolution. Key responsibilities Manager Client relationships during setup phase and maintain key relationships across our client network.Take responsibility for the agreement of processesManage and negotiate key service agreements and lead client meetingsDevelop excellent working relationships with clients, internal business units and other key stakeholdersSupport Business development processes where necessary and support business growth opportunities with new and existing customersImplement and maintain a project plan that supports the effective implementation and management of the projectProactively manage the entire project within expected timeframes whilst delegating tasks out appropriately to supporting client service team members and other business units as appropriate.Identify and facilitate process development and implementation of change, including suggestions on best practice, efficiency, service growth and infrastructure.Effectively communicate project status to the client and business units.Maintain awareness of budget and cost implications to the business.Engage with business units and clients to be able to identify and anticipate potential issues.Develop and offer solutions to minimize disruptions to the implementation of services.Evaluate the success of the project and share best practice within Client Services and other business units.Ensure market knowledge is kept up to date with the latest requirementsSkills required Ideally educated to BSc of higher within a life-science or appropriate discipline to suit the needs of the positionMust be able to demonstrate at least 3 years’ experience working in contract or project management within the life sciences sectorIdeally skilled working in a multinational environmentFluent in EnglishStrong stakeholder skillsEnthusiastic and motivatedRemote working opportunities available Additional informationWe celebrate our differences and strive to create a workplace where each person can be their authentic self.
