Madison Berkeley, has been exclusively instructed by a multinational logistics firm that is looking to hire a Senior Building Surveyor/Project Manager, reporting directly into the Head of Construction.
The majority of your work will be project-led, overseeing the delivery of both new-build and refurbishment developments ranging in value up to £10m. (They have recently worked on a £100m new-build!) This person will also be responsible for dilapidations and other technical matters advising the asset management team.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS chartered (Mandatory) with 2-3 years PQE ideally. Experience of industrial & logistics would be preferable but not essential. The role would be hybrid with one day per week based in Milton Keynes but this person can either be based in Midlands or South Yorkshire.
