A Rare and exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a highly successful development company, based in the North West. The successful Quantity Surveyor you will ideally be working for a consultancy, or client side organisation.

A highly successful development company, located in the North West, who is currently undertaking some exciting new refurbishment and new build schemes.

The person

As the successful Quantity Surveyor, you will;

1. Have a degree in Quantity Surveying, or similar.
2. Have at least five years experience, working within a development or consultancy arena
3. Be highly articulate and able to communicate at all levels
4. Be ambitious and driven
