Team/Role Overview:

Citi’s Custody Client Solutions, Client Experience and Market Advocacy function is responsible for the business’s client engagement and to work with our Sales partners to drive origination. Key responsibilities for the group is the creation of 'best in class' Custody enablement collateral articulating Citi's differentiation and services. Data led sales campaigns targeting specific Custody client segments and advocacy of what the Citi Custody brand stands for. The content creation roles are critical for delivery of the group’s agenda.

The Product Manager is responsible for managing Custody’s client solutions content. We are seeking a skilled content creator with a passion for storytelling and visual communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and delivering various types of content to support our sales enablement agenda. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of our target client segments and industry trends.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the Client Solutions team to develop content strategies aligned with business objectives and targeted client segments.
  • Create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content considering client operating models and associated Citi Custody strategy.
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging client content to drive associated client Custody segment campaigns.
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and style standards.
  • Conduct thorough research on the Custody industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform content creation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts, sales and service teams to gather information and insights for Custody communications.
  • Produce high-quality design graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets to deliver creative Custody client engagement.

What we’ll need from you:

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of content creation projects.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt writing style for different platforms and audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and thought-provoking solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
