The Client Technology department manages client-facing software applications, including the CRM system and the Client Portal. Join a team of four as a Client Technology Support Analyst to ensure seamless operations and user satisfaction.
As a Client Technology Support Analyst, your main responsibility will be to provide end-user support for client technology applications, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics. You will collaborate with departments like Investment Management, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure smooth functionality.
You will provide end-user support for Microsoft Dynamics and other applications, logging, prioritizing, investigating, escalating, and resolving queries. Additionally, you will assist in gathering and documenting user requirements and creating test plans. Working with third-party providers to ensure solutions are tested and updated is another key aspect of the role.
In this role, you will provide cover and support to other team members as necessary and support colleagues across the business. You will manage or contribute to specific projects or initiatives, and perform additional departmental tasks as required.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Click Dimensions, and Experlogix will be beneficial. Experience in customer/client-facing or end-user support roles, as well as experience in Financial Services, will be advantageous. Knowledge of Investment Management processes, including Client Onboarding, and an understanding of UK Financial Regulation, are also desirable.
Offering a basic salary of £40k + Discretionary Bonus
