Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated individual to join our Enrolment Support team to be responsible for offering apprenticeship training opportunities to existing and prospective learners and clients through inbound and outbound calls across a variety of sectors and offering the best possible to service to all. Supporting the Enrolment Support Department targets in all aspects of sales and administration including phone calls to potential learners (B2C) and clients or business partners (B2B) of our company. Dedicated time in your week for CPD activities to support your development Working towards and achieving individual & team KPIs, such as time spent on the phone and the personal delivery of 95 opportunities per month, with 80% conversion to appointment. Experience of working with clients, either face to face or on the phone along with having worked in a target driven environment.
