Job Description

Bell and Partners, Coventry are looking for a dynamic vet to join their team as a clinical director. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a practice with a loyal customer base and a fantastic team. We are looking for a strong, experienced person who can drive high standards.

Working in a small animal practice this role supports the practice director by taking lead on clinical standards, ensuring high standards of care and service are provided to patients and clients so as to improve the sustainable profitability of the practice and the motivation of our staff in accordance with our core values. You will be passionate about improving clinical standards and play a part in enhancing the services we offer.

We are dedicated to our team’s well-being and offer flexible hours that work around you! This can be full/part-time, with standard hours of 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.No out-of-hours but there is a share of 1:3 Saturdays between 9am to 12pm.

The salary for this role is up to £72,000 FTE depending on experience.

We are a small animal practice near accessible roads, just outside the heart of Coventry Our brilliant and supportive team currently includes 1 vet, 2 nurses, 2 students, 1 VCA, and 4 reception staff as well as our fantastic practice director. We are well-established and have a loyal client base who love the family feel of our practice.

This role is to complement our practice director and lead the clinical side of running a practice. Our ideal candidate is an experienced vet who is looking to take on a new challenge in their career. You will be confident, motivated, and enthusiastic about developing a growing team and practice.
